The Role

As Supported Living Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of a multi‑site supported living service
  • Ensure high‑quality, safe and young person‑centred care and support
  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support the growth and future development of the service
  • Lead, supervise and develop staff across multiple locations
  • Work collaboratively with professionals, families and local authorities

About You

  • Experience within supported living or children’s services management
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
  • Confidence managing multi‑site services and staff teams
  • Knowledge or familiarity with CIW frameworks (desirable)
  • Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
  • Passion for improving outcomes for young people transitioning to independence
