IG Group is a leading global fintech servicing millions of customers and handling billions of dollars in transactions. The Internal Auditor role is part of our global audit function, assisting the team to conduct audits remotely across all business locations.

Role Overview

As an Internal Auditor, you will conduct audits across multiple geographic locations, working in small, cross‑functional teams to evaluate controls, risk management, and compliance. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in office and work‑from‑home.

Responsibilities

• Assist the global audit team in planning and performing remote audits of all business locations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple continents to assess risk and controls.
• Conduct background research and analysis to understand business areas.
• Act as a consultant and advisor to the business, focusing on risk and control improvement rather than policing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an effective internal auditor.
• Ability to work on multiple audits in small teams across multiple locations.
• Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors or equivalent professional qualification.
• Sharp analytical skills and a keen desire to learn and audit a variety of areas.
• Proactive, open‑minded, and a proactive consultant mindset with a can‑do attitude.
