You will be a client‑facing advisor, working with entrepreneurial clients to provide strategic insight and support.
Responsibilities
- Work with entrepreneurial clients, providing guidance and support as their trusted advisor.
- Lead client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor budgets, time, and expenses.
- Review working papers, accounts, and tax compliance.
- Offer tax, accounting, and commercial advice.
- Resolve accounting and tax issues.
- Ensure compliance with firm standards.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
- Discuss significant findings with the engagement Partner.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients.
Qualifications
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.
- Proven background supervising a team of accounts staff.
- Organised, accurate, flexible and able to plan use of time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, team members, and colleagues, with aptitude to quickly build rapport.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
