Overview
Davan Ward currently requires an enthusiastic RMHN to join its multidisciplinary team. The ward is a busy 22‑bed mixed‑sex acute admission unit for patients with functional illnesses. This role is a rotational post that requires a Registered Mental Health Nurse able to adapt to the ever‑changing needs of the Older Adult Psychiatry service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient‑focused care and foster a therapeutic ward environment.
- Participate in the continued development of patient care within the ward.
- Lead by example and support the ongoing development of others in the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN).
- Motivated with a commitment to patient‑focused care.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs of older adult psychiatry services.
- Desire to support and develop colleagues, exhibiting leadership by example.
