What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and inspire the Clinical Team to deliver the best possible client experience.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met, maintaining high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage the Treatment Centre Clinical Team, including recruitment, performance management, and development.

What we’re looking for

  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Proven experience in leading dispersed teams and delivering client‑centric services.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Nurses and Midwives operating at Lead level roles, looking to step up into senior management, are welcome to apply.
  • Experience within sexual and reproductive health is non‑essential, as full training will be offered to the successful candidate.
