Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of rural planning and development projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, planning officers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation.
• Hybrid office-based role with flexibility available.
• Long-term progression into leadership or regional management positions.
• Further training and professional qualifications supported (RTPI, RICS, RIBA, CIAT, etc.).

Qualifications

• Planning experience, ideally within rural, agricultural, or land-based projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• Understanding of permitted development and rural planning legislation.
• Team player with a proactive and personable attitude.
