Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role

  • Responsible for maintaining and controlling the inventory of film and media equipment, ensuring it is stored, issued and returned correctly.
  • Preparing equipment for use, including charging batteries, formatting media, cleaning kit and arranging basic repairs where required.
  • Supporting filming activities on location by issuing personal protective equipment, arranging catering supplies and operating video and audio capture equipment as required.
  • Assisting with data management, including backing up footage and maintaining server and hard drive storage.
  • Supporting studio-based tasks such as editing assistance, creation of rushes packages and basic animation work.
  • Ensuring compliance with departmental standard operating procedures and supporting the purchase of replacement or new equipment under direction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Demonstrable organisational skills and hands‑on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere and After Effects.
  • Experience: Good understanding of film production processes, experience running equipment inventories and exposure to 3D animation software such as Blender or 3DS Max.
  • Skills: Methodical, well organised, deadline-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team with a willingness to learn.
