We are working with a well-known beauty brand based in Central London who are looking for a proactive and organised Helpdesk Operative to join their team.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring a smooth and efficient service across the business.

• Managing incoming helpdesk queries and providing timely resolutions
• Supporting with administrative tasks and coordination
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
• Maintaining accurate records and systems
