Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

Location: Anfield; Salary: Up to £50,000; Organisation: Family‑Run, Not‑For‑Profit Children’s Home Provider.

About the Organisation

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, family‑run, not‑for‑profit children’s residential provider that has been delivering high‑quality care since 2010. The provider operates six homes, all rated Good by Ofsted, and focuses on staff investment, stability and long‑term outcomes for young people.

About the Home

This role is based within two solo placement EBD homes supporting one young person in a stable, low‑risk environment.

• Current placement settled and engaging well
• Attends school daily
• No recorded incidents
• Fully staffed and stable team

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a stable, supportive staff team
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Maintain and develop a therapeutic, child‑centred environment
• Work closely with a highly supportive and accessible Operations Manager
• Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
• Maintain strong safeguarding and care planning standards

Essential Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Experience within Children’s Residential Care
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
• Passion for delivering high‑quality, child‑focused care
