Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent | Working Pattern: Hybrid | Salary: Trainee £26k+ and Consultant £35k+ plus uncapped bonus
Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within Procurement & Supply Chain, you will manage a full 360° desk, specialising in the recruitment of procurement professionals across a range of sectors, including public, manufacturing, retail, and professional services. Your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with SME and corporate clients
- Advising clients on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies within procurement
- Winning new business through proactive business development and referral generation
- Sourcing and headhunting procurement professionals across all levels (Buyer to Head of Procurement)
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
- Delivering a high‑quality, compliant service to both clients and candidates
