We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting).
The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Bath & North East Somerset . This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk . The successful candidate will works as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor.
This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week.
