Senior Registered Manager, Children’s Home

Vetro Recruitment is looking for a Registered Manager for a children’s home in Gloucester. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children by providing trauma-informed care in a safe, nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, compliance with Ofsted standards, and leading a dedicated care team. Ideal applicants will have previous registration with Ofsted, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, and at least 2 years’ experience in management.
