Casualty/Liability Claims Technician – Fully Remote

Overview

Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.

The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report findings in compliance with client requirements and service standards.
• Proactively investigate and settle liability claims as required, covering legal/policy liability and quantum.
• Gather evidence to support recommendations in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service throughout.
