Dual Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities
Location: Wallington AreaSalary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per weekContract: Full-Time, Permanent
An established care provider is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two small, specialist services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Both services are within walking distance and support 6 and 7 individuals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of two residential services
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for all individuals
- Lead and develop staff teams across both services
- Maintain full CQC compliance and governance standards
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and resource allocation
- Support referrals, assessments, and service development
- Liaise with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Support individuals with complex needs and behaviours
Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager within LD services
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple services effectively
