Family Support Lead Practitioner — Multi-Agency Impact

Sandwell Children’s Trust is looking for a Family Help Lead Practitioner in Oldbury to provide family support. This role involves conducting assessments, chairing multi-agency meetings, and working directly with children and families. The position is full-time with 37 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until April 2027.
