We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Help Desk Administrator to join a busy and fast paced team.
This role will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, so strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential. You’ll be responsible for handling customer queries, logging information accurately, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming call and responding to customer enquiries
- Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact
- Logging and updating information on internal systems
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries
- General administrative duties to support help desk function
Requirements
- Previous experience in an admin or help desk role preferred
- Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Confident using basic IT systems
