Salary: £110,000 – £120,000 per annum (flexible for an exceptional candidate)

Established in 2019, Podium Analytics is a charity creating a world with more sport, less injury. We harness data and research to revolutionise grassroots and youth sport, making players safer and more able to enjoy the sports they love for longer.
Role Overview
As Director of Fundraising, you will develop growth strategies, funding opportunities and donor relationships across a diverse portfolio of income streams. You will secure gifts and grants at the six‑figure level or more, and have experience with high‑value Trusts & Foundations and corporate partnership (bonus).
Responsibilities
Develop growth strategies and income generation plans.
Secure gifts and grants at a six‑figure level or more.
Build relationships with donors, Trusts, Foundations, and corporate partners.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Chairman, Trustees and senior management to deliver fundraising initiatives.
Operate in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial and enterprising manner, navigating new or ambiguous areas with a positive, solutions‑orientated mindset.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a philanthropy leader;
Track record of engaging existing and potential supporters;
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive income generation strategies;
Comfortable with detail work while maintaining a big‑picture perspective.
