Senior Digital Content Executive

Role Overview
Part of a newly formed Digital Content team, this role will transform EY.com in the UK to provide an outstanding client experience, building discoverability, consideration and conversion for EY’s corporate stories and initiatives. You will create bespoke digital content, adapt existing campaign materials, localise global articles, and update product and service pages to reflect EY’s brand and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft copy and identify imagery for content creation projects, briefed by a Digital Portfolio Manager.
- Support Digital Content Managers in guiding BMC teams on best digital creative approaches for ey.com initiatives.
- Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and is approved through the SCORE brand approval process.
- Collaborate with the Digital Technical Manager to optimise copy for search engine performance.
- Work with the Digital Technical Manager to provide accurate briefs to page builders, enabling timely publishing.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Excellent creative writing skills with a verbal and visual approach to digital content.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline messaging and copy drafting while maintaining distinctive, engaging content.
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to inspire stakeholders for ey.com vision.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to gain consensus on content direction within a complex organisation.
- Working knowledge of SEO and optimizing digital content to support campaign search objectives and buyer journey.
- Strong time and project management skills, highly organised, detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
- Experience in professional services or a related industry, with clear understanding of external markets and content relevance.
- Expertise writing within brand style guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing copywriting or journalistic role in a business environment.
- Knowledge of the UK business environment, gained from professional services or similar, or from journalism in a related field.
- Experience working with website teams and meeting technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand briefs, secure support for creative direction and final outputs.
