Key Purpose
To ensure the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities across the manufacturing site, supporting the Engineering Manager in optimizing asset reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities.
- Plan and coordinate corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment failures.
- Ensure alignment with production requirements and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and HSE teams to prioritize maintenance tasks in line with operational and safety requirements.
- Manage work orders, spare parts, and resource allocation through the CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal maintenance policies.
- Monitor contractor performance and coordinate external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Track and analyze maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment availability, mean time between failures, maintenance costs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in reliability, asset management, and maintenance efficiency.
- Provide input into capital projects and equipment upgrades from a maintenance planning perspective.

Qualifications & Education
- Graduate calibre in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Professional certifications (preferred): CMMS training, Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM), or equivalent EU‑recognised qualification.
- Additional training in asset management, predictive maintenance technologies, and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
