About the role

Field Service Team Leader – Warrington, Cheshire

Salary: £37,000 – £43,000. Shift: Monday to Friday, Full-time (40 Hours). This leadership position oversees a team of mobile engineers delivering maintenance and repair services across a varied fleet of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). You will coordinate day‑to‑day field service operations, plan engineer workloads, support and develop your team, and ensure all servicing, maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards at customer sites.

Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Hands‑on engineering/maintenance experience.
• Maintenance experience of forklift trucks, mobile plant machinery, HGVs or industrial vehicles.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Hands‑on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
