Position – Float Legal Secretary

Firm – Legal 500 Firm

Structure – Hybrid Working

I am currently working with a highly respected Legal 500 law firm in Brierley Hill that’s looking for a talented Float Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional Legal Services team.

This is a great opportunity to work across multiple departments, supporting lawyers with high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance. You’ll enjoy variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a collaborative, people-focused firm that truly values its staff.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage dictation, typing, document production, and e-filing
  • Assist with billing, file opening, and bundle preparation
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth workflows and meet deadlines

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with digital dictation and Microsoft 365
  • Fast and accurate typing (60+ wpm)
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable
