Graduate Civil Engineer (Engineering/Building) – Southampton

£35,000 to £45,000 per annum + Pension, Christmas Holiday, Training, and Progression.

Role Overview

The successful Graduate Civil Engineer will support 2D/3D design, host design coordination, and coordinate design activities. Initial training will cover BIM design and Revit. The role requires full on‑site attendance 7:30 – 4:30 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 2D/3D design activities.
• Learn and apply BIM design and Revit tools.
• Coordinate design integration and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and Revit.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with team members and stakeholders.
