This is a highly varied role in which you will lead and audit quality compliance to PED / PE(S)R, PD5500, ATEX, ASME and ISO 9001 standards, while taking ownership of non‑conformance management, key project documentation and supplier quality.
This role suits a Quality Engineer with experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, and strong working knowledge of PED / PE(S)R, PD5500 and ATEX standards.
The Role
- Lead and audit compliance to PED / PE(S)R, PD5500, ATEX, ASME and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage non‑conformities, customer complaints, and root cause analysis, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Support ASME BPVC verification, key documentation (ITPs, Quality Plans) and supplier quality, while liaising with Engineering and Production teams
The Person
- Quality Engineer with strong knowledge of PED / PE(S)R, PD5500, ATEX, ASME and ISO 9001
- Experience with pressure vessels, piping systems or similar mechanical products, with ability to read engineering drawings
- Track record in compliance, audits, non‑conformance management, and a proactive approach to improvement
