Field Service Engineer

Location: North Yorkshire (UK & some International Travel)

Salary: £45,000+ market rate allowance £55,000 + overtime & travel allowances

We’re looking for an experienced Service & Commissioning Engineer with strong electrical or mechanical skills who’s ready for UK and international travel and hands‑on technical work.

The Role

• Install and commission machinery across the UK and overseas
• Deliver customer training and on‑site technical support
• Diagnose electrical control and mechanical issues
• Produce accurate service reports
• Take part in a paid on‑call rota
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites worldwide

About You

• ONC/HNC in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong electrical control knowledge; mechanically confident
• Self‑sufficient, calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines
• Flexible for frequent UK & international travel
• PC literate (Siemens/Nidec experience desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
