Role Overview
On offer is a brilliant role within an innovative business that has been operating for over 40 years across multiple sites. They specialise in offering bespoke manufacturing processes and solutions for food processing and FMCG industries. In this role you will join a close‑knit, knowledgeable and fast‑paced workforce, where you will become an integral part of the team, producing 3D designs of conveyor systems and machinery on SolidWorks for processing plants of all sizes worldwide.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in designing FMCG machinery or similar on SolidWorks who is looking for a company that offers hands‑on training to support professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects from concept to completion
- Design bespoke machinery solutions using SolidWorks
- Collaborate closely with the senior design engineer and the projects team
Qualifications
- Mechanical Design Engineer or similar
- Experience designing in FMCG, food production or a similar automated industry
