The Lead AI Engineer will focus on integrating AI into enterprise workflows, translating business processes into scalable AI solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders on automation initiatives.
We have an urgent requirement within our Claims Modernisation Programme and are looking for an AI Engineer for an onsite role based in the UK, initially for a 3-6 month engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with low‑code / no‑code automation platforms such as N8N, Automation Anywhere, EvoluteIQ, or similar workflow orchestration tools.
- Ability to understand and translate business processes and operational requirements into scalable AI workflows.
- Strong problem‑solving capability with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in an agile environment.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, including orchestration of APIs and automation pipelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced delivery environment with the ability to quickly understand existing processes and recommend pragmatic AI‑enabled solutions.
- Experience within Insurance or Claims operations would be highly beneficial but not essential.
