Responsibilities

• LPC qualified paralegal wanted to undertake Defended Debt work.
• Experience will be SQE qualifying.
• Take full responsibility for the range of defended work including:
• Preparing court forms
• Analyzing and advising on the merits of cases
• Liaising with clients on issues arising from their cases
• Drafting correspondence and witness statements
• Preparing for interlocutory applications
• Arranging and instructing advocates to appear at final hearings
• Opportunity to undertake advocacy at remote hearings
• Be part of a small experienced team led by a senior solicitor and assisted by a junior paralegal and a senior paralegal.
