Mobile Vehicle Technician (Field Service Engineer/Mechanic/Forklifts)
Location: Biggleswade
Salary: Up to £35,000 (8am–4.30pm) or Up to £40,000 (7am–4.30pm) Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Role Overview
Mobile Vehicle Technician role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of forklift trucks. Ideal for those seeking a new industry in a field‑based role. Suitable for candidates experienced with cars, plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis.
- Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area.
- Complete comprehensive training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment.
- Store spares in van overnight.
Requirements
- Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment; automotive technicians/motor trade also suitable.
- Engine diagnostics and basic electrical skills.
- Ideally hold a Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
