Responsibilities
- Oversee two direct reports while collaborating with on-site functions such as R&D, NPI, Maintenance, and QHSE.
- Manage budget and financial planning.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Conduct departmental audits.
- Ensure technical compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Co‑train and mentor staff.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualified.
- Background in Process Engineering.
- Desire to take autonomous control of a manufacturing facility.
