Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing electrical packages across projects in Canary Wharf and the City, typically valued up to £500k. This role is ideal for a hands‑on Project Manager who enjoys running multiple smaller schemes while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from pre‑construction through to completion
- Oversee multiple packages up to £500k in value
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and specifications
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
- Manage procurement, variations, and reporting
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within MEP/building services
- Experience delivering projects up to £500k
- Strong organisational and commercial awareness
- Good client‑facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
