HVAC Engineer

This role requires candidates to be within commuting distance of Bridgwater or open to relocation, with support available.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HVAC interface between engineering teams and construction site leads
• Review FCR and NCR submissions ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy
• Assess remediation strategies ensuring solutions are practical and achievable
• Analyse trends in FCR and NCR to identify recurring issues
• Coordinate communication between construction teams and front office stakeholders
• Perform surveillance on HVAC documentation and technical analysis outputs
• Identify and report design and installation non-conformances through quality processes
• Support KPI development to track FCR and NCR throughput performance
• Ensure alignment with standard field solutions and existing issue resolutions
• Provide proactive technical support to unblock construction and maintain progress
