Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance function across the site, ensuring maximum machine uptime, driving continuous improvement projects, managing engineering teams, and delivering maintenance strategies to improve overall factory performance and reliability.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
- Previous experience managing engineering or maintenance teams within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Requirements
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background.
- Experience managing Capex Projects, and maintenance strategies.
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
