Assembly Team Leader – Burnley site. Shift‑based, onsite role.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate workload and resources across shifts to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Resolve daily issues, escalating when needed.
  • Lead 5S standards and promote strong health and safety behaviours.
  • Develop team capability, identify training needs, and support operator onboarding.
  • Drive lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing support teams to solve problems quickly.
  • Deputise for the Process Manager in key meetings and operational routines.
