Service Engineer (Industrial/Commercial Refrigeration)

Are you a Service Engineer with experience in industrial or heavy commercial refrigeration, looking to join a well‑established family business that offers door‑to‑door pay, generous overtime rates, extensive training and a clear route of progression? Do you hold an F‑Gas qualification and wish to further develop your skills working with industrial refrigeration systems?
This role provides the opportunity to join a growing company in an autonomous position. You will be field‑based, travelling to various sites across the Midlands to carry out service and maintenance on a range of industrial refrigeration equipment. You will receive extensive training in diagnostics and working on industrial systems, with the potential to advance to a senior role and maintain a Monday‑Friday shift pattern.

The Role
- Perform planned maintenance and reactive work on industrial refrigeration systems
- Receive extensive training
- Cover a local patch with occasional further afield duties
- Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00, with overtime at 1.5×
The Person
- Experience working with industrial or heavy commercial refrigeration
- Full UK driving licence
- F‑Gas qualified
