Fleet HGV Workshop Lead – Maintenance & Compliance

Biffa Waste Services is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage maintenance and repair for a fleet of waste collection vehicles. The role includes leading daily operations, scheduling inspections and ensuring compliance with DVSA standards.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum Level 3 HGV NVQ and five years of workshop experience. A strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential, along with the ability to manage employee performance and workshop health standards.
