We are looking for an enthusiastic law graduate to join our Legal Department as a Legal Analyst Intern. This role is designed to groom candidates into a Contracts Specialist (Shared Services) through structured training and hands‑on experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fast learner with adaptability and eagerness to grow
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset
• Receptive to constructive feedback and capable of taking direction
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in commercial contracts or data privacy is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing global contracts including NDAs, RFPs, and vendor questionnaires
• Gradually take on contract negotiations (e.g. DPAs under GDPR), marketing and sponsorship agreements
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as legal research, documentation, and compliance operations
• Contribute to managing privacy requests and performing compliance checks
• Maintain exceptional accuracy while working under tight deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Final‑year law students (B.A. LL.B, B.Com LL.B, or B.B.A LL.B) graduating in 2023 or 2024
• Minimum aggregate score of 60% with no active backlogs
