Requirements:
• Property experience: Minimum 1 year PQE
• Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct
• Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
• Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
• Proven experience of handling own caseload
• Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
• Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
The role:
Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will assist in a broad range of residential property matters, and the work will include assisting with purchases and sales of residential property, secured lending, dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, and deeds of variation and licences.
