About the role

As a Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant, you will develop and deliver customer selections for marketing, research and service communications. You will ensure campaigns target the right customers at the right time, support business strategies and compliance requirements, build and maintain self‑serve dashboards for campaign evaluation and provide clear, actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions. You will harness your expertise in SQL and advanced statistical methods to create accurate customer selections, becoming the SME for sourcing, analysing and delivering customer data for selection activities. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, offering expert guidance and solutions that deliver tangible business value through presentations, dashboards and selection designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer selections for marketing, research and service communications.
  • Build and maintain self‑serve dashboards for campaign evaluation.
  • Use SQL and advanced statistical methods to create accurate customer selections.
  • Source, analyse and deliver customer data for selection activities.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly, producing presentations and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience with SQL, querying and managing large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (or equivalent).
  • Worked in a marketing team, delivering results through data analysis and strategic decision support.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, tailoring solutions to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, interpreting data to drive business decisions.
  • Customer‑mindset, always thinking about delivering value for customers.
