Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Bristol – flexible hybrid

OVERVIEW

We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy claimant personal injury team at an established Legal500 firm. This role provides excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing your own caseload of personal injury claims
  • Pursuing claims up to £25,000 through and outside of the Ministry of Justice Portal, including pre and post litigation stages
  • Maintaining excellent communication with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, and solicitors
  • Attending and contributing to weekly risk assessment meetings
  • Managing client expectations and handling complaints in line with company policy

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience handling and valuing claimant personal injury cases
  • Working knowledge of the Ministry of Justice Portal processes
  • Experience managing Fast Track claims and litigation processes
  • Strong investigative skills relating to liability in road traffic accident claims
  • Proficiency with case management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
  • Law degree, CILEx, or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
