THE ROLE
- Deliver high‑quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors.
- Audio typing and preparation of legal documents and case files.
- Assist with invoicing, billing queries, and credit control.
- Support new‑client onboarding, including AML checks and file setup.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Liaise professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
- Prepare court bundles and maintain organised case documentation.
- Perform general office administration including filing, scanning, and CMS management.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold strict confidentiality.
THE CANDIDATE
- Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential.
- Litigation experience is desirable.
- Have high computer literacy and MS Office skills.
- Be organised and efficient.
- Possess accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have a professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess autonomy but also work well as part of a team.
