Employee Relations Advisory Lead – HR Support

Derbyshire County Council is seeking an HR Advice and Support Lead to provide professional guidance in employee relations. This role involves advising on sickness absence and HR policies while supporting the development of the HR Advice & Support service.

The successful candidate will have a degree or CIPD level 5 with relevant HR experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be data-driven. The position offers 27 days of annual leave and a hybrid working scheme.
