The Role
This is a hands‑on business development role focused on generating new revenue and building long‑term client relationships. You need to be a sales person who excels at building relationships and account managing.
As this is a new role you will be starting almost from scratch creating a CRM database of potential customers for their wines.
Responsibilities
- Research and create your own leads, updating the CRM continuously
- Win new business across hospitality venues, bars, restaurants and hotels
- Develop partnerships and brand collaborations
- Build relationships within motorsport venues and race event locations
- Manage outreach via phone, email and face‑to‑face networking
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline and diary
- Support event activations and race weekend opportunities
- Work closely with the founders on commercial strategy and growth
About You
- Experience within B2B sales, business development or account management
- Confident building relationships and opening doors
- Commercially minded and results driven
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passionate about premium brands, hospitality or customer experience
