The Role

This is a hands‑on business development role focused on generating new revenue and building long‑term client relationships. You need to be a sales person who excels at building relationships and account managing.

As this is a new role you will be starting almost from scratch creating a CRM database of potential customers for their wines.

Responsibilities

  • Research and create your own leads, updating the CRM continuously
  • Win new business across hospitality venues, bars, restaurants and hotels
  • Develop partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Build relationships within motorsport venues and race event locations
  • Manage outreach via phone, email and face‑to‑face networking
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and diary
  • Support event activations and race weekend opportunities
  • Work closely with the founders on commercial strategy and growth

About You

  • Experience within B2B sales, business development or account management
  • Confident building relationships and opening doors
  • Commercially minded and results driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passionate about premium brands, hospitality or customer experience
