Role Overview
The Partner Sales Lead – Europe is responsible for driving partner channel sales across Temenos’ multi‑product portfolio in the UKI region. Reporting to the Head of Partner Sales Europe, the role collaborates with Temenos sellers and partners to influence and accelerate the sales cycle, builds partner lead offerings for designated territories and client segments, and onboards new Sales Partners (Introducers, Resellers, Distributors). The position maintains ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensures engagement, empowerment, and education, and acts as the liaison between partners and the Temenos community.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and own partner sales strategy for the UKI territory.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new local Sales Partners.
- Develop joint go‑to‑market strategies and product‑specific partner lead sales initiatives to build pipeline and close deals.
- Coordinate partner enablement sessions, including technical and sales training.
- Manage partner lifecycle and ecosystem integration while avoiding channel conflicts.
- Support forecasting, sales planning, RFP and Pre‑Sales processes, and coordinate cross‑functional support from pricing, product, professional services, and legal teams.
- Organize regular partner business reviews, pipeline monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Translate partner performance into measurable qualitative and quantitative results.
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the financial services industry with experience selling complex technology solutions to the sector.
- Proven track record of success in selling to the UK, SE, Nordics, and DACH markets.
- Experience managing sales/distribution partner lifecycles and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of banking applications and operations (retail, corporate, payment solutions, core banking).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ambitious, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement.
