The Role
Covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire and Hampshire, this field‑based sales role focuses on growing adoption of myopia management solutions within existing accounts. You’ll work closely with customer teams to deliver joint business plans, provide in‑practice training, and influence clinical and commercial decisions. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience while driving engagement, education, and sales performance across your region.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an optometrist or dispensing optician. Confident presenting clinical data and delivering engaging training. Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness and the ability to manage a large territory. Full UK driving licence required.
The Package
£45,000–£50,000 + £12,000 OTE, electric company car, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus extensive benefits and development opportunities.
