As a key player in our hotel and restaurant operations, you’ll do more than oversee meals and manage teams. You will create memorable moments through flavour, service, and atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a dining experience that people talk about, return to, and recommend, in a beautiful location on the idyllic Pembrokeshire coast!

- A proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star property
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
