ROLE: Regional Waste Manager (Account Manager / Regional Manager)HOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Midlands / North of England

We’re looking for a Regional Waste Manager to oversee waste service delivery across the JLL / Rolls Royce account, ensuring consistent, high-quality services across multiple client locations in the North and Midlands.


Role Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage waste service delivery across multiple client sites, ensuring services meet contractual requirements, quality standards and client expectations at all times.

  • Lead, support and develop the waste team responsible for service delivery, promoting high performance, engagement and a strong safety culture aligned with Mitie and client requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring open, effective communication at all levels.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or unresolved issues, resolving complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, attending monthly client meetings, presenting performance data, and driving continuous improvement and value-added initiatives across the account.


Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.



  • Proven experience within the waste industry, with strong knowledge of waste and recycling best practices, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.

  • Demonstrable experience in contract and performance management, including KPI monitoring, service reviews and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and a sound understanding of health and safety requirements.
