Job Description
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Sales Partner/Deal Manager to join our Asset Servicing team in London, England.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a core member of an integrated deal team, driving commercial oversight, execution discipline, and outcome delivery across strategic, complex, and high‑value deals within Asset Servicing.
- Lead complex, strategic, high‑value transactions, including RFPs and non‑standard deals.
- Partner closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure alignment, rigor, and consistency across all stages of the deal journey—from RFP or pricing receipt through mandate.
- Demonstrate a strong background in:
- Asset servicing business model, products, and services
- Solutioning and commercial structuring
- Pricing strategy and negotiation
- Managing deal escalations to protect revenue and client outcomes
- Exhibit practical, execution‑oriented leadership with credibility across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Asset Servicing with a deep understanding of products, operating models, and client needs.
- Proven record of successfully leading or managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals from origination through close.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
