Job description – Italian and Spanish Speaking
In this Italian and Spanish Client Service graduate job, you will be a key member of the client services team, and will be working to support, guide and train your portfolio of clients. On a day-to-day basis, this will involve answering queries, finding solutions to issues, and building strong and lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities – Italian and Spanish Speaking
- Communicating with a variety of clients and providing clear advice to non-technical users
- Provide multi-channel support and advice to resolve customer queries by phone, chat and web portal methods equally comfortably
- Set up screen share sessions to troubleshoot more complex issues, including issues related to product changes
- In addition to technical and usage issues, handle general business enquiries, usually related to guest reservations, and interact with major travel agencies
- Working closely with other senior members of the client team and providing ad hoc support when required
- Identifying issue trends, reporting on these and making improvement suggestions to the management team
Job requirements – Italian and Spanish Speaking
- Ideally, a university graduate, but flexible to experience!
- Fluent in Italian and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Commercial experience in a Client Support or SaaS support role would be a real plus
- Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to identify root causes.
- The ability to make complex concepts digestible
- Ambition in abundance, with an eagerness to continually self-improve and learn
