Deputy Headteacher – Pastoral & Safeguarding Leader

Heron Hall Academy is seeking a motivated Deputy Headteacher – Pastoral to join our leadership team. This role focuses on driving high standards in behavior, safeguarding, and pastoral care, creating a calm and inclusive school culture.

The successful candidate will lead interventions, support Heads of Year, and analyze attendance and behavior data to drive improvement. We are looking for an inspiring leader with significant experience in a secondary school setting and strong communication and organizational skills.
