Area Manager – Birmingham

Pay Range £40,000 – £47,000 per annum + uncapped commission + team bonus

What you will be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialist recruiters across multiple disciplines
  • Create and deliver a clear business development strategy to grow market share
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point
  • Drive team performance against KPIs, financial targets, and business plans
  • Analyse performance data to make sound commercial decisions
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Reed’s presence locally
  • Ensure a first‑class service for both clients and candidates
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a sustainable, high‑performing team

About you

  • Have proven experience in recruitment leadership or managing high‑performing sales teams
